Laura & Abhineet – The Wedding

Oh how I love capturing beautiful wedding days! I loved every second of capturing Laura & Abhi’s big day! Having worked with Laura’s family before, I knew the day would be relaxed and planned out perfectly, and so it was.

Our day started at the family farm – such a beautiful location with all the pretty accents. I adored the gorgeous flowers by Frontier Flowers in Parkhill, and the cake and cookies delivered personally by Kate from Sweet Tooth Pastries by Kate! The bride, her sisters and mom all looked stunning (hair and makeup by La Rose).

We captured lots of details, the bride and her sisters, before driving off to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Parkhill, where Father Tom had a beautiful ceremony prepared. It truly was so special, and the Laura’s and Abhi’s smiles coming down the aisle at the end say it all.

For formal photos we went to a gorgeous location. The perfect mix of rustic and wildflowers is always one of my favourite locations (thank you Stutt family – it was amazing once again!). When we returned to the family farm, we took the opportunity for some more photos (and yummy ice cream!) with the cart provided by Lickity Split. Isn’t it so cute?! It was enjoyed by everyone in attendance!

Dinner was served by the amazing staff from Lizzy’s Cafe & Catering – it was a delicious mix of Canadian and Indian traditional foods, and it was truly amazing. Donna from Schwartzentruber Music Services played dinner music and got everyone on the dance floor for the night’s reception.

Laura & Abhi – thank you so much for asking me to document your big day. I loved capturing your snowy and cold engagement photos last winter, and especially your beautiful wedding day. You two are so sweet together, and I loved every second spent with you. Wishing you many years of happiness together! Cheers to you!
