Wedding Advice…
(when looking for a wedding photographer)
Wedding Photographers in London, Ontario, and surrounding area
If you are planning your wedding right now, make sure you hire the photographer who knows how to capture your day perfectly. This means all the details, all the people, all the moments. These are not “just pictures”. You need someone who is ready and alert, is able to handle last minute changes and weather conditions.
After all, this is the one day in your life, the only day, where all your family and friends dress up for YOU. This is the biggest day of your life…the first day of the rest of your life.
Hire someone who will create for you:
The detail photos – how long did it take for you to pick the perfect dress, flowers, rings, centre pieces? These little tidbits are all part of the big picture, and need to be remembered…
The family portraits that will always remind of you where you came from.
The portraits of you with your grandparents – everyone will want to treasure and display these photos forever.
The timeless bride and groom portraits – your children will want to see these one day. You will want these on your walls.
The friends group photos – when is there another day both of your friends are all coming together?
The emotional and candid photos – there are so many moments in the day that you may not see or notice, or you will forget the next day.
Hire a photographer who has the experience, knowledge and talent. And most of all, someone who understands the importance of your day and every moment in it. Plan ahead with your photographer to ensure you have plans to capture what defines YOU as a couple. You have waited for this all your life; you have planned this day for months, maybe even years. Make sure it will be captured and remembered just the way you want it. This is YOUR time capsule!
I am a member of ISPWP – the International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers Photographers cannot simply buy an ISPWP membership, they have to earn it. Among their requirements are experience, talent, and professionalism. To be accepted, a photographer must submit their portfolio for review, agree to operate under the ISPWP Code of Conduct, and have an ISPWP Sponsor or two references. And THEN they have to be voted in by current members.
In short, when you hire an ISPWP Photographer, you are hiring a talented veteran with a track record, peer recognition, and a passion for creating heirloom images of your wedding.
You found the perfect partner, dress, flowers…the perfect day. Make sure it is documented perfectly.
