Maverick – The Newborn Session

Little Maverick was baby #3 that I had the pleasure of capturing as a newborn for this family. And just like his two older brothers’ newborn sessions, he was a dream to photograph. He was so squishy and sweet, and slept peacefully even with the chaos of big brothers around him.

During the session, mom told me that dad had been taking the older two fishing a lot, so I just knew I had to bring out my little fishing dock to create an image of all three boys. Listening to mom and dad’s excitement while taking these photos made me so happy…I was so pleased to bring this idea to life! The three of them are so precious together…can’t you just picture them as they get older? The three muskateers!

I loved pulling soft fabrics, in neutrals, muted greens and blues for Maverick. He was so content in every setup!
