Ahhh!! Heidi & Arlen totally made my day! They are so cute, and so totally happy – and adventurous! Getting in the chilly water…no problem. Climbing trees…nope, not a problem either (oh, to be that young again!). This little road trip brought me to Otterville, Ontario. Not a town I had ever visited before, and I found it be totally charming!

Heidi & Arlen have only been engaged for a few weeks, and they will be getting married June 2012. If this e-session is any indication, the wedding day is going to be FUN!

I met up with Jon & Amanda in the quaint, touristy village of Bayfield, Ontario for their engagement session. What a fun couple! The weather was perfect, the backdrop was beautiful, and Jon & Amanda were awesome to hang out with.

Bayfield is jam-packed full of unique locations for taking photos. They picked this particular spot because Jon’s mom is the Minister at the Bayfield Knox Presbyterian Church, and because of all the quaintness Bayfield has to offer. I could have shot there all night…

Jon and Amanda’s wedding is on October 22nd at the lovely Hessenland Country Inn, and I so look forward to photographing it for them – it is going to be one fun day!

I had a blast hanging out with you, Amanda & Jon…it was great practise for your wedding day…I can’t wait!

Little black dress? Fabulous! Heels? Excellent! Mud puddles? No problem! Rusty old train caboose? No problem there, either! What an awesome couple I had the good fortune to work with to do their engagement session! This musical pair wanted to pose wherever the shot would look best…from sitting on dusty floors in the middle of a construction zone, to hanging from an old abandoned caboose. We took this shoot to the historical train station in St. Thomas, Ontario. Music is obviously a big part of their lives, and it was important to them to have that as part of their session. I was thrilled by Sean’s little performances on his guitars!

This session was postponed three times due to rain, but I think it was well worth the wait. I can’t wait to see this couple on their wedding day! If their wedding will be anything like their engagement session, it will be a fun day!

Congratulations to you, Sean & Jen…wishing you many years of laughter and happiness!

What do you get when you have an amazingly fun couple, a really cool location, and a bit of warm weather (finally!!)? You get an awesome photoshoot and some really cool images! I had a super fun day with Victoria & Josh. This was their engagement session – what a cute couple! We took the shoot to lovely Grand Bend, Ontario, where there are so many colours and fun spots to shoot, from the main strip to the beach. A few spectators enjoyed the session, too!

Victoria and Josh, I had such a great time with you two…congratulations on your engagement, and all the best wishes for the happiest future together!
