Newborn Photographers in Southwestern Ontario

This little farm boy is cute as a button! Little Robert was 12 days old when he came to my studio. What a great little trooper! He’s going to be a great little helper at their pig farm near Listowel one day! And something tells me he better like the “green” tractors :)

Thanks so much for bringing Robert in, Ashley…he was a joy to photograph!

A session just for fun…

My daughter has a GREAT bunch of friends, and I love photographing them! Last week they went to the Semi-Formal dance and I invited them to my studio for some fun pictures in their pretty dresses and shirt ‘n ties. What a fun bunch of kids..and the girls are all beautiful! Most of them have gone to school together since Junior Kintergarten, and it’s so nice to see the friendship they have built and kept over the years.

Baylee, Emma, Jessica, Kyrstin, Luke, Maranda, Morgan £ Shawn…you are a great bunch…I hope you had a fantastic time at the dance – I certainly enjoyed having you!

There’s been lots of little bundles of joy making their way to my studio lately, and little Rachael was the latest. What a sweetie pie! Rachael was a real snuggle-bug, and such a treat to photograph!

Baby Photography…Pure Bliss!

Aaaahhhh!! I love my job, and the pictures below will show you why! Pure baby bliss! Little Delaney came to visit me today, at six days old. Delaney and I had a little play date in the studio while her mom & dad had a well deserved rest in the next room! I had so much fun with this little doll – I could have gone on all day! Check out those round little cheeks and her little pinky toes…too sweet!

Steve & Char – I absolutely loved that you brought her out today…I quickly went through the images after you left and picked a few to give you a sneak peek, but there are so many more! Can’t wait to show you!!

Wedding Photographers in Parkhill & Area

Wow! What an awesome ending to my wedding season! Julie & Dan were an awesome couple, their wedding party was an absolute blast, and we were blessed once again with sunshine!!

My day started at the home of Julie’s parents…the minute I walked in I could tell it was going to be a fun day! All the girls looked beautiful and I knew they were ready to have a great time. As you can tell by the photos, Julie was an absolutely stunning bride.

After a beautiful ceremony and family photos at the Brinsley Anglican Church, the wedding party and myself headed to the beautiful Oakwood Inn in Grand Bend. What an awesome location for wedding photos!! And, check out Dan and his handsome lads! What a fun bunch!

Although I could have kept shooting `til midnight at this beautiful resort, we needed to head off to Parkhill, where a beautifully decorated hall and a delicious dinner awaited everyone.

Julie & Dan, thank you SO much for having me photograph your day. Everything about it was perfect, and spending the day with you was an honour and delight for me. Enjoy the sneek peak of your photos…best wishes for a lifetime of happiness.

Little Jacob came into my studio when he was 2 weeks old, and what a little sweetheart he is! His mom and dad told me he usually sleeps most of the day, but curiosity got him, and sleeping was not on his agenda! That was okay, though…he was happy and content just to look around most of the time, and that made for some pretty awesome photos!

Laura and Jay, your new son is absolutely beautiful! Congratulations, and enjoy your images of him!

Family Photographers in Exeter, Ontario

One of the things I love about my job is it gives me a chance to hang out with some really cool people. In this case, a life-long friend I had not seen in so long brought her family to me – what an awesome bunch she has! As you can tell, Katherine and her husband Brian have the most beautiful children…these two blondies are going to be little heart-breakers one day!

We were so lucky to have a warm sunny day – perfect opportunity to enjoy the fall colours in my yard! Katherine, I can’t tell you how awesome it was to see you and meet your family! Thank you!! Here is a little sneak peek of some of the pictures…

Wedding photographers in Exeter, Ontario

Well…Mother Nature was certainly on Jon’s & Amanda’s side for their wedding day, and what a beautiful autumn day it was! After a week of rain and wind, the clouds broke apart to let the sun shine on this amazing couple. Their wedding took place at the beautiful Hessenland Inn, along the Bluewater Shores of Lake Huron. I’m sure for everybody there, the most special part of the day was the ceremony, which is usually the case – but, how often does the groom’s mother get to be the Minister for the ceremony? What an amazing, touching celebration!

Jon & Amanda are an amazing couple. From the first time I met them, I could tell they were truly best friends. I soon realized they had a deep respect for each other, their family and friends, and this was so evident the day of their wedding. I enjoyed every minute of their day.

Amanda and Jon – thank you so much for having me be part of your big day. I wish you nothing by happiness and continued sunshine for years to come! I hope you enjoy this little peak of your day yesterday!

Baby Photographers in Exeter, Ontario

Almost two years ago, Terri asked me to photograph her beautiful newborn son, William. I was so excited when she called me again to photograph her brand new baby daughter, Alix, last week. What a total angel! Alix came in when she was a month old and was a pure joy to photograph. You just have to love those little round cheeks!

Photographing Firefighters…my chance to give back

When Doug first called me to photograph the South Huron Firefighters, I instantly knew it was an awesome opportunity to give back to our community…after all, these men jump in their vehicles at the drop of a hat when the alarm goes, and risk their lives to keep the rest of us safe. Taking a few pictures hardly measures up to that.

So, on a cloudy Sunday morning in August, they all showed up in their official uniforms to have their pictures taken. What an awesome bunch of guys…not only did they make me smile the entire time, one of them happens to be a mechanic and changed my flat tire (admittedly, I haven’t got a clue how to do that!). The only problem now is….I really don’t feel like I’ve given anything back yet – I had fun the entire time and left absolutely thrilled about the whole project. And THEY thanked ME!!

Thank you so much, guys…it was an honour for me to take your photos, and I look forward to next spring when we do the fun shoots for your calendar!! :)
